How to get the Apostilled Document

1. Obtain the Original Document

The first step is to obtain the original document that needs to be Apostilled. This could be a birth certificate, marriage certificate, diploma, or any other public document

2. Check Eligibility

Not all documents are eligible for an Apostille. For guidance, please refer to the list of documents that can and cannot be Apostilled, available on our main website: View full list here

3. Get the Document Certified

Before an Apostille can be issued, the document must first be certified, signed, or sealed by a relevant authority such as a solicitor, notary public, or government office. This certification confirms that the document is genuine and that the signature it bears is authentic

4. Order and Pay Online

Once your document has been certified, signed, or sealed, you can place your order by clicking “Order Now” and completing the online payment. After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order number. Please make sure to include this order number when sending your documents to us

5. Receive the Apostilled Document

Once the Apostille is issued, it will be attached to the original document and returned to you in accordance with your shipping instructions
