1. Drop Off and Collection

Process: Order and pay online, then drop off your documents in London between 10:00 am and 11:00 am (check the exact cut-off for your chosen location) or at the Milton Keynes office by 12:30 pm.

Turnaround: Apostilled documents are ready for collection the next business day — from 2:00 PM in Milton Keynes, 3:30 pm at Euston, or after 4:30 pm at other London locations, unless otherwise advised.

Example: If you drop off your documents on Monday before the cut off time, they will be available for collection from Tuesday at the stated time for your location.

2. Post and Ship

Process: Order and pay online, then send your documents to our Milton Keynes office by 12:30 pm using Royal Mail Special Delivery. If your documents require solicitor certification, please post them instead to our Kentish Town office.

Shipping: Once legalised, your documents will be dispatched the same day by Royal Mail, DHL, or another tracked courier service (shipping is charged at cost).

Example: If we receive your documents on Monday before 12:30 pm, they will be processed and dispatched (or available for Milton Keynes collection) from Tuesday at 2 pm.

3. Post and Arrange Your Own Collection

Process: Order and pay online, then send your documents to our Milton Keynes office by 12:30 pm using Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Collection Flexibility: Documents will be ready for pick-up from Milton Keynes from 2:00 pm, or from any London office from 4:30 pm.

Example: If we receive your documents on Monday before 2:00 pm, they will be ready for courier collection (your DHL, FedEx, etc.) from Milton Keynes at 2:00 pm, or for pick-up at any London location from 4:30 pm.
