1.     What Does Notice Cover?

Our business and marketing partners will use your information in accordance with their own privacy notices. Depending on where you reside, you may have a right to direct us not to share information about you to show you targeted advertisements and marketing based on your online activity with different merchants and websites.   • When you direct, request us, or otherwise consent to our disclosure of certain information to third parties, such as to ship your products or through your use of social media widgets or login integrations. 
  • With our affiliates or otherwise within our corporate group. 

In connection with a business transaction such as a merger or bankruptcy, to comply with any applicable legal obligations (including to respond to subpoenas, search warrants and similar requests), to enforce any applicable terms of service or policies, and to protect or defend the Services, our rights, and the rights of our users or others. 

7. Relationship with Shopify 

Our website and online services are hosted by Shopify, which operates the technical infrastructure that enables us to provide our services and, in doing so, processes personal information on our behalf for the administration and operation of the website. Information provided through the website may be shared with Shopify and, where required, with authorised third-party service providers, including providers based outside the United Kingdom. 

In certain circumstances, Shopify processes personal information in its own capacity as a data controller for the purpose of maintaining, securing, and improving its platform and related services. Where this occurs, Shopify is responsible for compliance with applicable data protection legislation in respect of that processing.

8. Third Party Websites and Links 

The Services may provide links to websites or other online platforms operated by third parties. If you follow links to sites not affiliated or controlled by us, you should review their privacy and security policies and other terms and conditions. We do not guarantee and are not responsible for the privacy or security of such sites, including the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of information found on these sites. Our inclusion of such links does not, by itself, imply any endorsement of the content on such platforms or of their owners or operators, except as disclosed on the Services. 

9. Children's Data 

The Services are not intended to be used by children, and we do not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of majority in your jurisdiction.  

10. Security and Retention of Your Information 

Please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." In addition, any information you send to us may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use insecure channels to communicate sensitive or confidential information to us. 

We are required by law to retain your data where we have ceased to act for you. The period of retention required varies with the applicable legislation but is typically five or six years. To ensure compliance with all such requirements, it is the policy of the company to retain all data for a period of five years from the end of the period concerned.

We may transfer your personal data to a third party in countries outside the country where it was originally collected for further processing in accordance with the purposes set out in this Policy. 14. Changes to this Notice 

We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. This may be necessary, for example, if the law changes or if we change our business in a way that affects personal data protection.
