Submission Process

Follow these steps to submit your documents through our secure FCDO registered partner portal.

Prepare Your Documents

  • Ensure all documents are correctly filled out and signed.

Submit Your Order

  • Use your FCDO credentials to access your account and place your submission order.

Deliver Your Documents to Us

  • Send your documents via post or deliver them in person in a secure bag, along with the application cover sheet and application collection receipt.
  • An authorisation letter is required for us to act on your behalf the first time only — a template will be provided upon request.

Processing & Certification

  • Our team submits the documents to the FCDO on your behalf.
  • The FCDO processes the documents, adding any necessary apostille certification.

Delivery of Apostilled Documents

  • Once processed, documents can be collected in person or mailed back according to your instructions. If mailed, a tracking number will be provided.
